Career: Owns 12 PBA Tour titles and two majors…Won four titles apiece in 2004-05 and 2005-06, earning the PBA Player of the Year Award for 2005-06 after winning the 63rd U.S. Open and leading the Tour with $301,700, the third-highest single season earnings of all-time…Won two titles each in 2006-07 and 2007-08…His second victory in 2006-07 came in the Tournament of Champions and gave him the PBA record for shortest time between first and 10th titles (two years, six months and seven days, breaking Dick Weber’s 45-year-old record by just four days)…Most successful bowler ever on television with 34-8 record (80.95% success rate) and a 228.57 average…Title match record is 12-3 …Had a 15-match TV win streak snapped early in 2005-06, one shy of the longest win streak record held by Jim Pencak…Jones, Mike Aulby and Chris Barnes are the only players to win both the PBA Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year awards…Owns eight PBA Regional titles.
