The Hammer Four Density (4D) Core consists of four individual components, top flare ring, top cap, mid-body and lower cap. All four core parts are of different densities. The 4D core body is placed in an Offset Position in relation to the centerline of the ball. This is the ball's drive mechanism. 

The combination of the 4D Core and the new Neoflex III coverstock creates a spectacular amount of power with extreme versatility. It's this power and versatility that will allow the bowler to use a 4D-Reactive on a wide variety of lane conditions. Whether polished or sanded, you'll be amazed by it's continuous hook and amazing pin carry. Maintenance Suggestions: The Factory Finish of the 4D-Reactive is mildly textured. The new Neoflex III coverstock is easily altered to allow the bowler to obtain the required amount of skid, hook and roll. By using readily available techniques, the 4D-Reactive can be easily resurfaced to any desired surface texture.
